I'm addicted... anyone else?
I'm addicted to Leslie Sansone Walk at Home workouts! They're fabulous!
I fell in love with a quick workout that I found OnDemand on my cable box... The only problem with it was that it was only about 20 mins worth of exercise, so I would rewind it and do the brisk and fast walk portions again before I did cool down.
A little more than a week ago, I bought her Fast & Firm 4 Really Big Miles and although the first time I tried it, I had to stop at about 2.5 miles, I've done the whole program for the past 4 days in a row! I LOVE the HUGE calorie burn it gives me, I love how good I feel afterward, and even though it hurts like hell, I LOVE the strength training she adds into the 4th mile.
I even love the yoga stretches at the end. I never thought I would love yoga. I never thought I could DO yoga. LOL
Is anyone else in love with these programs?

I love them. I have the same DVD, picked it up a few weeks ago and it kicked my butt (only a few weeks out of surgery so I had to tone it down). I have used her other dvds for years now. I like to alternate the dvds with The Gazelle and salsa dancing. So far I haven't got bored and actually look forward to excersizing (still cant believe I'm saying that). I admit though, I sometimes mute the dvds and pop on my headphones. It's weird walking away the pounds to Rage Against The Machine, but it gets my butt movin'.
