2 years out!!

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted in forever! 2 years ago on August 3rd, 2009 I had my rny. It was the best thing
I have ever done beside having my children!! I feel great and to date have lost 140 lbs!!! I can
do so much more with my family and friends now and feel so good about myself!! So I just wanted to let everyone know that yes, I'am still alive and doing great!!!

Congrats!! I recently came out of an 8 week stall... How many stalls have you experienced on your journey?

Thanks ladies!! you know, I did experience stalls but cannot remember exactly when now! Just keep in mind, they are commom and the scale will start moving again for you!! Maintaining the weight hasn't been a problem, I usually weigh between 156-160 so always within 4 lbs and I'm very happy with that!! Keep up the good work and good luck with the rest of your journey :)

Congratulations! I'm just a couple weeks out from my one year (cannot believe that already!) and I am hoping to settle in the 150's! So I'm hoping that you continued to lose weight past 12 months out! :)

Great job on getting to such an amazing goal and congrats! Keep up the awesome maintaining!
