What are you all doing today? I miss getting on here but don't want to get in trouble at my new job!

PreB: skim milk and then coffee
B: egg and cheese wrap
S: more coffee
L:mac n'cheese (dreamfiled's pasta and lowfat cheese)
D: Steak and salad

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

1 month out today!! 15 pounds gone!!

Smoothie King gladiator with strawberries and banana for breakfast

cottage cheese for lunch

not sure yet for dinner!

Pre B- Coffee
B- 2 sausage patties, 1 scrambled egg.
Snack- Coffee
Lunch- Tuna Lunch to Go minus the crackers
Snack- Protein Shake
Dinner- ???
Snack- Peach

Without dinner I'm at 687calories and 71g protein, so I have plenty of room for dinner. Maybe a hamburger pattie with cheddar cheese over some hearts of romain?
