I know I'm not pregnant...
First of all, I love your avatar!
This will pass. I am 2 years post op and have nausea almost daily. I know that early out what was good one day was bad another day! I stuck with eating pureed food for quite a while. I also found that if I eat a protein shake slowly during the morning the rest of the day went much better.

Thank you :) That's my Jake-a-pee. He is my walking buddy. He will NOT allow me to sleep late or skip walking LOL. Talk about a motivator!!! He starts by humphing at around 6:15, then stands over me and pants around 6:30 and humphs some more until I wake up and get the leash.
Thank you for your help!!!!

I've been feeling the same way. I hate nausea!! Mine isn't bad enough to vomit, but I just seem to spend most of the day feeling mildly nauseated. I used to eat a cracker or something when I felt that way... I'm not sure what to do now. Sometimes I have a mint, which helps a little, but not for long. What do other people do?

OMG I'm having the same issue. It was so bad that I even took a pregnancy test knowing I haven't done anything in the longest. For the past two weeks I've had to be so careful with what I eat because almost everthing has been making me ill. And just when I thought I had found a good routine for myself.
Nausea can be a beast but it will likely pass. Try ginger or mint tea, hot, 30min before you try any foods first thing in the am. If it continues for weeks, maybe ask your dr for antinausea meds. Pouches are sometimes more picky early on. Going back to pureeds or even liquids when your pouch is tempermental can be fine, just as long as you're getting your protein & liquids in. Unjury chicken broth was invaluable to me early on, b/c my pouch only tolerated hot liquids at times.
