 THANK YOU!!!  You all are wonderful.  Now that explains why I can't find lower sugar yogurt.  Well I'm going to give the plain or vanilla a try right now.

 Just finished all 3 parts of the link.  I book marked it.  This is an awesome resource Nik.  I can't thank you enough for it.  Every newbie on here should definitely read it.  It helps understand a lot more about sugars.

Have you tried mixing unflavored whey protein powder or nonfat milk powder with your Greek yogurt? It cuts the tanginess way down, makes it creamy, and it's a super protein boost.

 I have tried the protein powder, but that could be my distate for whey protein.  I will give it another try with the powdered milk.  I haven't done that.  Thanks!!
