Have a GREAT Sunday
I hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday. Sundays are perfect days to sit back and think about all the things you are thankful for no matter how big or how small. It doesn't matter if you are pre-op or post-op or if you can do something as simple as get up out of a chair or you can now run a marathon. It is the little things in life that make all the difference. If you can only take one more step than you did yesterday that is a success and you should be grateful for it. Life takes you on a rollercoaster ride one minute your up and the next your down, but only you can improve your life and make it worth living. So pat your self on the back for deciding to live life for YOU! Because YOU are worth it! :)
