Chocolate anything!
Does anyone else have a problem with chocolate? Sugar-free of course! Pudding, Protein powder etc.
I found that the sugar-free chocolate pudding mixed with my protein powder made feel sick. I tried to drink Silk chocolate soy milk and that made me feel sick. So everything has to be vanilla for me, pudding, protein powder, yogurt etc.

We weren't suppose to have chocolate for the first month. Then it was oked.
I mix chocolate pudding with chocolate protein and freeze it in individual containers. Then nuke for 15 sec or let it sit out a few minutes and eat. Yummmmm. I do the same thing with vanilla. Easier than making protein ice cream and just as good.

Chocolate doesn't make me feel sick but I don't really care for most chocolate protein shakes. I like chocolate in candy, though!

I decided to give myself a month and try again and now I don't have any issues with it.
