what are the difference's in these shakes
I always thought Body Fortress is a whey concentrate. I guess this formula is not? Concentrates mean it still has some fat and lactose (milk sugar) in it. Nectar is an isolate, meaning the fat and lactose have been removed.
Many people who are lactose intolerant can drink whey isolate when they cannot drink a concentrate. There is much debate on which is "better." I've always used both and it hasn't hindered my success at all. There is a significant price difference though. And, in my PERSONAL opinion, isolates have a stronger "whey smell."
If it is indeed an isolate - kudos to Body Fortress. In that case, the only difference would be about 50 calories and the price. If that 50 cals is important to you, go with the Nectar.
Just my two cents.
