Almost to a date!
So I got a lot of phone calls this morning and a couple of them mentioned something about a tentative surgery date of September 6th.
Before I got excited, I called my surgeon's office because the 6th is when I'm scheduled to go in and get clearance from the pulmonologist after having been on my CPAP for 4 weeks.
I guess that was just an estimated date that they gave the insurance company when they submitted my file. I'm not disappointed about the mix-up, even though it was a little bit of an emotional roller coaster thinking I could possibly have a date when I really didn't.
It wasn't disappointing because it's looking very promising for me to be in the OR sometime from Sept. 12-16! Eeek! It's so close and I'm so excited! :D
