After 6 weeks, the scale finally moved again!!!
The stall is broken!! I'm down 3 lbs this morning. And I'm more than halfway to goal. What a great feeling. I have been so frustrated that the I haven't lost anything in alomst a month and a half. This week I really concentrated on portion sizes and lots of protein with no unhealthy snacking. And I was rewarded with a 3 lb loss. Woo-Hoo!!!
