Had surgery on 1/26 and this morning stepped on the scale and voila! 198.4 lbs!
My wife and I are leaving for Florida for a cruise in a few hours and my goal was to be under 200 lbs. today. Not worried about all of the food and drink on the cruise ship. I will continue to use my day to day schedule and will keep daily exercise as a priority and I think I will be OK.
It has been alot of work but I did it and I'm very proud of myself.
Will post some pics from the cruise in my "After" gallery later.

What an acomplishment!!! Have a blast, you have earned it. I bet you will be shocked by how much all of the other passengers are eating.
