Hm. I bought this, assuming that it was calcium citrate, but it seems not to be. Any info on this stuff? I don't know what it means that it has the same "bioavailability".

Thanks!!

This would be the same crystals that make dust fly when you use it?

I like them very much and checked another source to be sure this form is as good or better than citrate alone. I still take citrate in capsules, but I also use the crystals in my protein.

P.S.  My year + long absence has NOTHING to do with my WLS, or my type of WLS. See my profile.

What kind of calcium is it?

If it has the same bioavailability, that would mean you would absorb it the same.
