Frozen Dinners!
I occsionally eat some of the Lean Cuisines... I just eat only a bite or two of whatever pasta, rice, or potatoes that are in it.
Lately, I have been eating the Health Choice steamers (Kung Pao Chicken is fabulous!) because I can control how much of the sauce and rice I use on the protein and veggies. (I normally use about half of the sauce and just a spoonful of rice (you don't need all the sauce if you don;t eat the rice.)

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I'm in a food rut right now and my go to food right now is Smart Ones's Breakfast quesadilla. It has bellpeppers, onion, turkey bacon, cheese and egg. I usually toss the tortilla and just scoup the egg out and eat with Tapatio. I also like the Breakfast pockets from them but not as much as the quesadilla. I also like their pot roast and I don't eat the potatoes. So high in sodium that I try to refrain or up my drinking the day I have a nuked meal.
My favorites post-WLS are the Organic Bistro Life Meals. They have 30 something grams of protein and are low in fat. I like the Ginger Chicken and Chicken Citron best. My Publix has a couple but Whole Foods has a ton of them!
I also like Seeds of Change Portabello & Eggplant Lasagna, it comes with brown rice and organic veggies. It’s not nearly as high in protein but sometimes I am absolutely crazing pasta!
Amy’s Black Bean Enchiladas are also pretty tasty.
Kashi’s Chicken Florentine is really good too.. again though it’s lower in protein with only 20 or so.
