Chicken Spaghetti!

I'm going to make Chicken Spaghetti Friday and wanted to get some advice from you guys on what was the best spaghetti sauce to buy at the store?

I use Classico Tomato and Basil, it's low in carb and fat.

If you have the time, make your own.  Lots of great fresh veggies out there right now, tomatoes, peppers, onions, celery, mushroom, even some spinach.  Doesn't have to be cooked to death.  When I do spagitti, I eat the sauce and put it over noodles for the family.  I get the best part.

Each person will have a different way of answering this, none are wrong.

I can my own spag. sauce each year. If I run out before canning season arrives again, I buy whatever looks good at the store. I (personally) don't count the fats etc.. of the sauces because I eat such a small amount.

I don't do pasta, I use spag.. squash sometimes or just the sauce alone. I do make pasta for the family to eat.

Your post title caught my attention.  Reason being, one of my first solid foods to eat was chicken spaghetti.  That is the moment that I learned that me and pasta broke up after I had my RNY.

I haven't cooked it since - my family never liked it as much as I did anyway.

I always made my chicken spaghetti with cheese sauce - not jarred tomato-based sauce.

If I buy tomato sauce, I like Prego.  I haven't bought it in years though - I grow a big garden and can my own tomatoes for making spaghetti.  My kids love spaghetti with tomato and meat sauce.  Now - I just eat the meat sauce.
