I know one is not supposed to set weight loss goals within a specific time frame, but I had it in my head I wanted to be down 30 pounds on my 2 month anniversary. Well, I am down 28. So, I go to get dressed for the day and put on my blue jean shorts.  TOO BIG!! Go to put on 2 different tops, TOO BIG!!  Had to go into my other closet where I am keeping the clothes I will eventually fit into and choose a new pair of  shorts and a new top for today!! Suddenly, those two measly pounds that decided to hang on don't mean nearly as much!! They will be shed soon enough!!

Have a wonderful day today. thanks to all the hard working people out that that take care of our world!

I'd rather have that NSV than another two pounds off, too!  I know how easy it is to get all hung up on the numbers, but honestly, if I look healthy and I do not have weight-related health problems, what difference does it make if I weigh 130 or 120?
