Are there early symptoms of adhesions?

I found out early this summer that i am pregnant. Now that I am growing up into my belly I have been having having horrible problems with constipation, nausea, even vomiting saliva. I have not gained any weight, in fact i am finally back up to my pre pregnancy weight. I asked my doc what adhesions would feel like and what to look for, he said "I would know if I have adhesions." but there has to be early signs before everything stops completely. What have been any of your experiences?

Constipation, nausea and vomiting just goes along with being pregnant.
Adhesions are extremely painful. Pain you cant walk or talk through. You will certainly have pain before you have a blockage.
I have had 3 surgeries to remove adhesions.
