SOOOOOOOOO Frustrated

18 days out...I guess that means you had surgery around Aug 22ish?  If so, you've actually lost more weight that I have (my surgery date was Aug 22).  I've only lost 11 pounds post opt....but I lost 23 pre-op on the liquid diet.  I too thought I wasn't loosing the amounts that I thought I was "supposed" to but a friend of mine that's several years post-op gave me a bit of perspective.  I can't remember the last time I lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks....it used to take me MONTHS of "diets" half starving myself, and sadly purging to loose that.  It's a HUGE achievement and rather than feeling down in the dumps I'm gonna celebrate it...cause it's always the first few pounds that are the hardest!
