I have had a difficult time with Eggs and also any kind of bread or oatmeal so I have been living off greek yogurts and protein shakes for breakfast. I am really getting sick of both options and was wondering if anyone has any other ideas? I just want to be able to have something breakfasty that works! ugh!

Well, it doesn't have to be breakfasty, you can eat anything you like.  But if you want breakfasty, how about cottage cheese?  Protein bars?

Hot cereals like malt-o-meal...they don't "blow up" like oats..malt-o-meal has a tiny bit of iron and protein in it as well. I love it with artificial sweetener and raisins!

I had a small piece of leftover chicken for breakfast, after my shake for something that would keep me full.

We had surgery about the same time, and I too can not do eggs. ( The one thing I had really looked forward to post-op!)    I found a protien shake that I can drink pretty quickly and the get started on a protein bar.   I drink the EAS carbcontrol shakes.  They only have 17grams of protein, but I can not tolerate anything more than that with out being sick.  I tend to focus my "real food" meal in the afternoon or at work.  I do munch on the Kashi go lean cereals if I want something crunch, but I make it one of my planned meals.  I eat about every 2 hours.  Three meals a day does not work well for me and I dont want to start random snacking.  The cereal gives me that breakfast feel even though I dont use milk.   Good luck and keep up the hard work!

Try mixing Fiber One 80 cereal with the Greek yogurt.  It is really good and has great stats!

For those of us that can't have the processed complex carbs in cereals (including hot ones), does anyone have any other low carb ideas?  I'm also tired of eggs or turkey sausage and i don't care much for yogurt.  I've switched to mainly drinking GNC's Total Lean shakes (20g protein).  Any ideas?

I now eat turkey sausage, an egg and pepperjack on a slice of whole wheat toast.  You could just do the turkey sausage w/ cheese.  Deli meat wrapped around string cheese is quick, easy, and travels well if you need to eat on the go.  I used to love the banana bread flavor weight control oatmeal w/ PB2 added to it.  It was like a warm PB and banana sandwich in a mug.
