I'm not big on eggs either.  I have plain greek yogurt with fresh raspberries crushed in it a pkt. of sweetner and a splash of raspberry SF syrup or 1/2 c. cottage cheese with 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce and 1/8 c. blueberries mixed.  Both are really good and filling.

 Sometimes I have a MHP chocolate protein pudding for breakfast. It has 30 grams of protein, 0 grams of sugar, 190 calories, and it fills me up without making me feel sick.

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter that has most of the fat removed from it.  It is delish mixed w/ oatmeal, Greek yogurt and stevia for a yummy apple dip, in SF hot cocoa for a warm Reese's PB cup in a mug, mixed in protein shakes, etc.  I am fortunate that one of the grocery stores in Mankato carries it but many people just order it online as it can be hard to find in the stores.
