Has anyone ever used Culturelle before for digestion support?

I emailed the nurse at the Weight Management Center to ask her if it was alright to use this product.  She haven't gotten back to me yet but after reading the information about it and what was in it, it seems harmless.

I haven't tried this particular brand of probiotic but others depending on what's on sale. You could also just eat yogurt or drink kefir since they also have probiotics in them as well. I can't see any harm in using them especially since I do already!
