9lbs so far!!!!!!

 I'm happy but this is hard for me to get my mind around.  Surgery was 09/09/11, i have lost 9lbs since then for a total of 20 including preop.  I'm sure some of it is liquids but that was such an amazing feeling...just wanted to share........Oh i am setting on 240lbs now,  this has been my "glass ceiling on all other attempts to lose,  WERE BREAKING IT THIS TIME I BET!!!!!!!!

This is just the begining , it had continued to be amazing for me I can't believe it... very awesome feeling! I am almost in the 180's and it has just been almost 4 months!! I started at 260 lbs!!

Congratulations on losing 20 so far!!  This only the beginning and you are well on your way to goal....keep up the great work!
