Should I give my pouch a break?

I got the foamies again a few days ago from eating boneless chicken nuggets....I ate one and chewed it up really good then I started on the second piece and then it happened.....it was taking a long time to go down then it got stuck, next thing I knew I had the foamies.  I had ate a few pieces earlier that day with no problems.

So I'm thinking my pouch has it good days and bad days or telling me that one time a day is enough no more.  Should I give it a rest and do just one day of liquids, protein shakes and maybe oatmeal for the whole day?

Thinking about doing that today!

I have good and bad pouch days, too.  Was the chicken fried?  Baked?  I still cannot (after nine months) eat boneless skinless chicken breasts.  I think they are just too dry and too tough.  I can only eat chicken that has been roasted.

It was breaded, but I figured eating only a few pieces with a bit of Ketchup wouldn't be so bad, which it wasn't earlier that day!

I can't touch fried stuff - get the foamies too.  I do best with chicken breasts done up like marsala - pound them out really thin, cook them quickly in the frying pan, throw the wine in so they steam a little and they are tender as can be.
