What is the app that most of you use to track your daily protein and calories?? I have lost 142 lbs and now I am stuck. It was so easy and now I have stopped losing and want to lose about 60 more lbs. Help, I am getting desperate. I want to write down everything I eat but also track my protein intake. Thanks for all your help!!!

I use MyFitnessPal.com - it syncs on both my laptop and my iphone!

I do the same it tracks everything you would need from protein to calories to carbs and has almost every food known in its database. Very useful

I used Sparkpeople.com They have both a free website and a free app. I love it!! I track my nutrition, weight, meassuraments, excersize, and other goals. Love their reports.

FitnessPal.com is great!   Tracks everything for you. And.......... You can look things up before you put it in your mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do that!   If we are going to eat, I put what I *think* I will eat and check what has the best stats in terms of protein!   I am such a food nerd ...
