Love Love Love this product! Decided to start eating soy products and Boca was one of them I started out with first. Used it in my nachos and I couldn't tell a difference between it and hamburger.

Bought another bag today! If you never had it you gotta try it...can use in spaghetti, nachos, or in chili, even in Alfredo...which I'm going to do next!!

I love to make taco "meat" with this stuff, it's really good that way!

I love this stuff.  There is another kind of soy crumbles that I get from Meijer in the produce section.  Not sure what the brand is, but it comes in a brick, and not in a bag like Boca does.  Tends to cost a little bit less.

I usually use the Morningstar Farms brand but I like them a lot too.  I make chili with them and I have served it to many people without telling them what it was and they thought it was meat.

Freezer section of the grocery store.  There are with the veggie burgers.  It's usually not a very big section so it might be hard to find.  Just ask someone that works there.  At my Kroger they are next to the frozen breakfast foods, while at my  Meijer they are next to frozen "healthy" stuff like turkey burgers and turkey bacon.

I put the in the fridge at home, instead of the freezer, as long as I plan to use them in a few days.  You can cook with them frozen but I find it easier to cook with them if they are thawed.

I am right there with you!  I use Boca and Morningstar Farms...Good stuff and I've never had trouble tolerating it and that isn't always true with ground beef.  (I handle ground turkey well too.)

I just bought some Boca pattys tonight.  They are really good (and i am not even a vegetarian) and they are really high in protein.  I was going to ask you Kelly which brands you liked the best.  They both look good.  I think i have tried the boca but not sure about the morningstar.
