OUCH!! Darn shoulder pain!

OMG! My shoulders ache and so stiff it feels like I got bricks tied around my arms whenever I left them up!  And the air from the fan and the A/C don't help the situation either....I have to take a half Tylenol to get some kind of relief.  May need to go to Physical Therapy because this sucks!!

Anyone else having the same problem?  What did you do or doing to resolve it?

Sounds like arthritist.  I always have my heating pad available.  I have similar problems with my neck.  physical therapy does help I just never seem to have the time to go.  I do take tylenol occassionally but most of the time I just use heat.  have you been to your Dr.  I would start there to make sure what the exact problem is.  I don't like taking a lot of tylenol because of it's effects on the liver.  It is my last resort.  But I do use it when the pain gets really bad.

Go to your Dr. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for a while.  Had x-rays and and MRI for my shoulder.  Was given a joint injection for the swelling.  Two months later, pain came back along with pain up my neck and down my arm.  I went back to my doctor who sent me to an orthopedic specialist.  He did six x-rays of my neck last week, and I have to go for an MRI of my neck on Wednesday.  He told me that he believes all the problems are originating in my cervical spine.  Will probably have to have injections in my neck along with PT.
