Was this "dumping"?
I am having a hard time finding fluids i desire to drink. Unbeleivably, i had a craving for cranberry juice, so i got the light from walmart, no sugar added etc. I had 4 oz then about 2 hours later after dinner i had another 4 ounces, also had blended pinto beans and ground turkey. It was about 15 minutes and all my energy left, then i slept for 3 hours. Not to bad a feeling but KO'd just the same.
Given the absence of other symptoms, I'd say it's more likely that you are just recovering from surgery and that itself leaves you feeling KO'd. Dumping is usually a more specific cluster of symptoms that often involve dizziness, heart palpitations, digestive distress, hot/cold feelings, etc and often fairly soon after eating a high sugar or high fat food. Some people have different tolerances than others, some dump on sugar alcohols, but usually the symptoms are unmistakable.

IT'S STRANGE YOU SAY THAT, YESTERDAY WHICH WAS SUNDAY I DRANK HALF OF MY PROTEIN SHAKE AND FELT SO INCREDIBLY SLEEPLY. I DONT KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENED. I SLEPT FOR A HOUR AND STILL FELT VERY SLEEPY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE DAY? THE ONLY THING I CAN CONTRIBUTE THIS TO IS THE BLOOD RUSHING FROM OTHER PARTS OF YOUR BODY TO THE STOMACH TO AID IN DIGESTION?
