 No plastic surgery....really want a lower body lift and tummy tuck.  Thank you!

 First you look great, so thin and healthy.

How tall are you?  My goal is 145 and I am currently 170 so I have 25 more lbs to lose and everyone keeps telling me to stop I am going to be too thin.  I am 5'8".  

Your arms look really good, you are lucky! What is your strategy for keeping it off for 4 years?

 I am 5'7 and now I weigh 136.  I have been told recently that I am too small again.  I actually got down to 114 before I stopped losing weight initially with the Gastric bypass.

My strategy really nothing.  I still eat very small portions, drink nothing bu****er, coffee, gatorades and unsweet tea.

My arms wave when (more) than I do.  lol
