Recipes and Thoughts

Thought I would let ya'll know about my blog.  I am not as good at this recipe creation thing as Nikki or Eggface, but I have been posting some recipes lately that you might like.  Recent posts include my spin on Pumpkin Ricotta Pancakes as well as Chicken Tortilla Soup.
