NEED A BREAST REDUCTION AND LIFT NNNNNOOOOOWWWW!
Had my follow up yesterday and boy did I mentioned to the doctor I need a breast lift and reduction! I'm three months post-op but these bad boys are hanging like pendulums and causing me shoulder and neck pain. He told me I might as well wait till I'm a year out because if I get surgery now I'm still going to be losing more breast weight as well as regular weight!
Oh and by the way he almost made me spit out my gum when he told me your breast are going to get smaller till they look like two pantyhoses with oranges hanging in them! LOL
I told him don't be saying that in front of hubbie, he don't want to hear that! LOL
But seriously, I guess it's time to go sports bra shopping two sizes smaller to keep them up.

Your surgeon is being honest with you. Most insurance companies will cover breast reduction, and possibly breast reconstruction. But you need to wait until your wt has stabilized at 12 -18 months post op for optimium surgical results. I know more than one post op in my support groups who "hurried" their tummy tucks, only to have "tune up surgeries" later on. In the meantime, buy a good bra to get through this time frame. DAVE

LMAO! He paints a lovely visual. Sadly, mine are starting to resemble that already.
I feel your pain. Without my belly to hold my boobs up, they are drooping pretty low. I've lost 4 cup sizes of volume so far, but not the skin around them. By the time I reach goal I'll probably be able to tuck them into my panties. How's that for a visual?

OMG, you have me rolling over here....Ow my stomach hurts from laughing!
Funny thing too, I can actual fold my breast up now...looks weird! But Dave is right the bras I have now are not getting it....so a couple of sizes smaller, one or two bras should tie me over for at least a couple of months. Don't want to pay to much for them.

Oh, but it is sooo worth it to pay for a good one! I went to a lingerie store and had a fitting done. My sales associate had me try on many bras until I found the perfect one. It fits like a second skin, but tight, firm skin! LOL.
So I bought two of them to hold me over. Two ridiculously expensive Wacoal bras. But they hold these puppies up like they're 17 again. No back pain. No digging straps. No bounce.

I highly reccommend having a fitting to get your proper size. I used to wear a band size 3 sizes too big with a cup size 6 sizes too small until I was properly fitted.
