7.5 years and not immune!!

This weekend, I was eating my (healthy food) and decided to have a tricuit with my chicken and hummus. This was a BAD idea and I had a screaming memory of why I don't eat them...it got stuck and I was left miserable for over an hour! BLEGH!

I tell ya, there is NO food worth that kind of pain! I'll stick to my boring, yet healthy, food plan!

Although the pain was miserable, I'm kinda glad to know the tool is still working for me!

Man, you're lucky! Congratulations on having such long term success.

I am 4 months out and I've had Triscuits with no problem. I WISH I had problems. If I was punished for bad choices, I'd probably stay on the straight and narrow.

although im glad you can still maintain after this time period. but the thoughts of something still getting stuck and causing pain. doesnt please me .. im scared of things like this.
