Doctor seems to think i am struggling with my fluid intake cause i am advancing my diet to quickly ,  suggested liquids and mushies for at least another week.

Other than that everything seemed ok.

Frustrating lil road bump.............  oh and only walking and light exercise for 2 more weeks...

So at 6 weeks post,  threw up at the office 7 times in one day...ugh!  So I decided to see what the next day held for me.....I am on a regular diet, but having trouble getting the protein...The day I was sick was tea, turkey, and cheese...the difference was that it was all processed meat and not enough water through the day....I have tried to make sure that new foods are tried at home....a bit hard with my work schedule..I can't do milk, but I can do cottage cheese and greek yogurt....I learned to put Wylers sugar free powder in the plain greek yogurt and it taste great (love grape and raspberry)...good luck...don't pu****

I did liquids and mushies for a month and a half because solids were tough but at almost 2 1/2 months out I was rarely having that issue anymore.

In the grand scheme of things, you are right, it is just a little road bump.  We all progress at our own rate and your little tummy may just be taking a little longer to heal.  good luck.
