First I want to thank all of you for your prayers and well wishes.  Had the surgery Wed.  Still haveing some pain and bloating.  Chips and Sips went well thursday so I'm having fun with the clear liquid for couple of days.    They send me home today so I'll hopefully get a good night's sleep in my own bed.  Hospital beds are NOT comfortable.  Again thank you all.

Glad to hear you're home and in your own bed Chris!  Hospital beds are
the worst for resting or sleeping...I'd sooner lay on a sheet of plywood.
Take care and keep us posted on how you're doing.  Welcome to the
losers' bench! Bless you!

So glad to hear yours went well, mine went well Wednesday too I got home yesterday and finding it a tad difficult to get in all this liquid...still trying but sleeping in my own bed was wonderful altho I do miss how the hospital beds can sit you up for you to get out of it. Congrats hope to hear some updates soon

Glad to hear your doing well too.  I'm still having trouble doing the same thing.  getting enough fluids in as well as getting rid of bloated feeling.  I'm luck my wife insisted years ago we get a sleep number bed that the head and feet elevate.  So I can use it like a hospital bed if I have trouble getting out.  But I haven' had to do that yet.

Again, so glad to hear your recovering well.  Looking forward to hearing about your progress as well.
