anyone having pains 1 1/2 yers out in the upper stomach?

my doctor that did the surgury says he thinks he knows whats going on that there is a ulcer where he connected the pouch and the intestine its right inbetween the brest bone i had been givien prilosc and two other typ meds and liquid pain medication and no relife my insurance now tha i am not in la county wont pay for me to go back to him so that he can fix the problem he wants to do an endoscopy and biospy on me i have been in the horrible condition for MONTHS!!!!! and nothing is there anyone out there with some advice on what i can take or do i am in pain ewent to the er last night was in pain from 9 am to 10 pm went in got liquid portonix and dalotion and an rx for nexuim which isnt covered by my ins and liquid pain med  and iv since i was dyhydrated dont want to keep going back to the er for this relife ....... someone help please................

Talk to your current PCP physician about the problem. He or she can refer you to a specialist who can do those tests. Just be sure to inform them that you have had RNY so they will know to be careful.

I don't understand your insurance not wanting to pay due to what county you live in now. Never heard of that before. I wouldn't go to my PCP....I would only go to my surgeon. There are so many surgery related problems that a PCP or emergency room Dr. would not catch. I would only go to my surgeon, or another doctor familiar with WLS.
