Can I ask you something?? In the last year did you ever hit any serious plateaus??  I haven't lost an ounce since probably August! My one year anniversary is in December and I'm so worried that I'm not gonna hit the onehundred pounds lost mark.  Do you have any advice or personal experiences you can share???? Thank you!
