1 week Post-op

I lost 34 pounds in one week. I was 361 pounds and now I am 327 in just one week of surgery!!!

How are you feeling a week after surgery?

I lost a little over 20 pounds 1 week out and I was so scared!  I was weak, tired and sore which I am sure the rapid weight loss played a part.  Our bodies are in shock so it is so important to follow all the rules the surgeon and dietitian gives us!  Good work and keep it up!

Yayyyyyyy!!!! Congrats!!!! Those are impressive numbers. We are surgery twins. You are doing great and I am sure you will continue to do great!!
