Just a lil update...
It's been a bit since I"ve been on OH. I've stayed at 134 for several weeks. Now, I've lost 1 whole pound and am down to 133. I know my problem is not getting enough protein in. So, I've been focusing on that more lately. My goal is 70g in a day. Today I got 64g in. It's been a struggle but I'm getting there. I'm also buying a pill box with a built in alarm clock/timer. I keep forgetting to take my calcium I just wish there were some other way to get my calcium in than taking 6 horse pills. Any idea'ers??
I'm in some size 4's but mainly size 6's. There's a pair of Gitano Size 8 jeans I have that I swear are a mistake. I just can't get in them.
I've consulted with a PS already. He thinks for sure my insurance will cover the breast lift and the panniculectomy (lower tummy.) But, he thinks it will take some convincing for them to cover the tummy tuck, arms, and thigns. He's using the fact that I've had MRSA twice and it would be dangerous for me to have skin tags because MRSA coming back could lead to flesh eating disease.
My husband is on me to stop losing. I think he's afraid I'll leave but I have no intention of that. I just wish he'd get it done too (he weighs about 400 pounds.) But, he'd have to give up the soda habit. I don't think he's prepared to do that.
So, that's me in a nutshell.
