i can not believe it has been 8 months since my surgery. Seems longer in a way. There have been a few minor bumps in the road but nothing huge. I am down 136 pounds from my highest and 119 since April 1st. I can not wrap my brain around that somedays.

I am now only 6 pounds from my goal and I am ok with where my body is right now. Back then I wore a 24 pant and a 4x top. I am now in a 6 and M/L tops. I am loving life so much now. i can not even tell you.

Cheryl!! Those are amazing numbers!! Good for you and CONGRATS!!! I'm sure its hard to keep up mentally when you lose that amount of weight so fast......but you sound like you are on the right track!!

Congrats again!

Wow...you have done so great!  We are about a month apart in surgery and you are kicking my butt!  I'm working towards you slowly though.  It's amazing isn't it??  I never imagined how great this would feel or how I would look so much different.!
