Iron question

I usually will buy the Bari-paks for my vitamins.  I need to purchase some iron from the grocery store because I ran out.  I know that there is a certain kind of iron I need.  Does anyone know which one it is?  I do have a call into my NUT.....

It's carbonyl.  The brand I use is called Sundown Perfect Iron and you can probably find it in some local stores.  Feosol also makes a carbonyl iron and CVS carries it.
