My eats will be:

water
coffee
turkey salad
mashed potatoes
baked fish
Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Just started soft solids yesterday so I am not 100% sure but I think my day will look like this:

B: Protein Drink
L: 100 cal cottage cheese
S: Provolone/Mozarella cheese stick
D: 1/4c tuna salad with a sprinkle of feta

I have to figure out how much protein that is and make adjustments.

office holiday party tonight - ordered the baked fish.  WLS friendly appetizer is shrimp ****tail & since I do the party planning, I requested one SF dessert.

 So frustrated! Ive gained 3 pounds this last week. NO idea how that happens! Soo back to super basic for me

Shake for breakfast
string cheese 1oz grapes snack
shake for lunch
Cucumbers and cottage cheese snack
3 oz baked chicken and green beans dinner

80oz water

B:  Oatmeal with wheat germ and a bit of spenda..

L:  ???  its just right around the corner and not sure what i am having..weird pouch kind of day today.
 
S:  activia yogurt with some granola

D:  Home made stew (beef)

S:  cottage cheese
