I'm sooo cold!

Ok, I always used to say that I'm never cold due to my extra "insulation".  Now I'm beginning to think that was true.  I am down almost 100 pounds and now I can't seem to warm up.  I live in Colorado, but travel all over the country for my job.

Has anyone else experienced this and/or have any ways of staying warm?

Thanks!
Vicky

I too was never cold. I never wore a jacket here in WA State. I now need to bundle up. My feet and hands get cold all the time now

I have always been hot in the summer and cold in the winter... but NOW it is almost unbearable!  I feel like my fingers and toes are in ice water all the time:)  I hear it will pass, I certainly hope so.

cold all the time.
Used to have my own internal combustion engine and never wore a coat or jacket.  Lived in WY at the time.
Now live in AZ and at least so far the only time I am warm is if I am outside in the sun.

Socks (always), slippers on my feet until I go to bed, flannel lounge pants, hoodie/fleece/cardigan during the evening hours, warm bevs at night (tea, cocoa), memory foam mattress/topper, quilted blankets, lots of strength training to build metabolically active (read heat producing) muscle mass. Never, ever go outside in winter without being bundled, gloved, and scarfed. It's worth the extra effort to be warm and toasty!

I am always cold, can not seem to warm up.  I wear a fleese over my work clothes every day even though i look crazy, if I thought I could get away with it I would wear my gloves while I typed too.
