Peppermint Mocha Frappucinos

8oz cold Coffee
1 scoop Body Fortress Vanilla Whey Protein
¼ c Coffee Mate SF Peppermint Mocha Creamer
½ ****

Mix all into the blender and blend for 1 minute. Pour into your favorite tall drinking glass and enjoy!!

26g Protein!!


This is the easiest way I can get my protein down and it doesn't taste crappy either.
 

I didn't know Coffee Mate made SF Peppermint Mocha creamer.  I haven't seen it but I might try this with SF syrup and some milk instead.

I hadn't seen it before this year either. It only comes in the small bottles though.  And, it's seasonal so if you find it, stock up on it while you can.

 i love the coffeemate sf peppermint mocha...& i stocked up...it freezes well, & i've been told it's good in the freezer for 2-3 months...not that any of mine has lasted that long...lol

I'm drinking a hot version as we speak.  Hot decaf and Syntrax Mint Cookie protein powder (mixed in a slurry before adding it to the hot decaf).  Yummmmmm

The astericks where I've been monitored is the ½ cups of the cold frozen stuff (crushedice)

Has anyone found a peppermint creamer with out the chocolate taste...like the peppermint candy cane taste? I don't care for chocolate...never have! I have not found anything like that. Has anyone come across something?
