seriously.  It seems like no matter what I eat or drink for the past 2 weeks my gas has been horrible.  I have 4 boys and they are all totally grossed out my my stench and they are BOYS.

I might need to find a new place to live soon.

Get some Ozium spray. It kills the odors of almost anything--gas, gym lockers, bad foot odor in shoes, foul cooking odors, etc.  My wife had an early gastric surgery in 1980. Worst gas in the world--she used to say her gas "would peel wallpaper", and that's about how it really smelled. She used Ozium back then, and we still have it here.  Devrom is supposed to help too--it's an internal pill you take.  The Ozium comes in purse sized 8/10 oz, 3.5 oz and 14 oz cans. Natural scent is best smelling to me--it also comes in New Car Smell, Citrus and one other scent. But the natural scent is best--you can use it in an area (like an isle in the market) to neutralize your gas without the world noticing someone either has a bunch of flowers or peeled oranges--which is a dead giveaway of an odor "coverup" spray.  Ozium is used in rest homes, retirement housing, hosptitals, restrooms in gas stations, etc.  Good stuff. I remember looking at a catalog which sold various personal health related products and seeing charcoal lined underwear.  I did a Google search and found a couple of links.  I came across a product from Flat-D which looks promising.  I don't know whether others use this sort of thing but I'd be open to using it if necessary.

Good luck,

Cathrine

Are you eating anything with sugar alcohols in it?  Like chewable vitamins, sugar free gum, things like that?  I know I get really bad gas if I have too much and sometimes it is in things I don't even think of.  I was eating sugar free chocolate pudding because it had probiotics in it and my gas got worse until I figured out the pudding had sugar alcohol in it.

Carbs do it to me. I have to eat low carb not only for weight loss but to avoid clearing out the house....lol. My youngest son lives with me and he is a former marine. He gets grossed out and lights incense and candles...lol

Met my first goal, met my second goal, met my surgeons goal. Now I have a new goal!

Okay, personally I like having alone time due to my new odious fragrance due to RNY. Christmas shopping has been a blast, empty isles, alone time at home, joining my bff with something smellier than her gross cigarette smells. Even I get grossed out sometimes, but the other benefits out-weigh the public scorn. lmao! karen

What are you eating? I only have that problem if I eat things I shouldn't. Too much sugar does it to me.

Probably due to 1) white carbs or 2) sugar alcohols.
