2 week liquid diet plan?

hey everyone im looking for a liquid diet plan can anyone help me??? :)

My doctor had me use the Bariatric Advantage protein shakes. I think I had 4 or 5 a day the two weeks before surgery. I lost 20 pounds in those 2 week, but hated those shakes.
