Bike ride and walked on the local track

I took my new bike and road to the track and walked while my husband ran his laps.<br />

It was a great start to the New Year. It was fun...I even got a slight tan. Beautiful day in South Florida with temp in the high 70's. Happy New Year to all.

Thinking I need to go to southern Florida. It's getting chilly in Arkansas tonight. Isn't it wonderful when our spouses workout with us.

I want sooo much to ride a bike. I had the opportunity Thursday, my friend invited me for a ride - but it has been so long I felt my old insecurities creeping up and I turned her down. I sure hope I can afford to buy one my next pay check!
(73 in Pensacola today, supposed to be 22 tomorrow night!)

I love to ride my bike and exercising with my husband. I hope we don't stay cold too long. I want to incorporate riding my bike as a daily exercise. Many blessings to both of you.
