Congratulations, what an amazing accomplishment! Not just the weight loss but could you have imagined yourself riding your bike on that terrain before the loss? Those are the goals that I look forward to, doing things that I know I can't do now!

Thanks All , with everything I have been through it has all totally been worth it....
and you are so right, its not just about the weight..I got my life back. I went from skipping out on life
to looking forward to living each day to the fulliest....

I am even starting a new job . Something I would of never even thought about doing when I was 423 pounds.

It has been the most amazing 16 months ever :)
