Progress??
Saw my surgeon yesterday and I am 53 pounds down and am
Seven post op,I also lost 40 pounds prior,so can some one telll
Me why I feel the same!! I have not yet needed any new clothes
And still feel I looks the same!! I know the doctor said it would
Take a while for the head to catch up with body!! Also incision still is not
Heald right!! I guess I just needed to vent,thanks OH peeps

Congrats on the 53 pounds lost post op. That is awesome!
I can not tell you when your brain will catch up to your body. I wish I could but at 9 months out I still have problems with that.
Sorry abuot the incision not healing right I think we all have one problem one. What did your doc say about it?

Or you're like I was when at almost 385#: wore my elastic waisted pants too tight and prayed that the seams would hold up.
Go ahead, try a size or two smaller; I'll bet it will really help you to see your progress.
Then remember to shop thrift stores on the way down--those new outfits every two weeks get expensive!
