My suggestion is to be patient. Your body is going through alot of changes in a short amount of time. It will take weeks for your body to catch up with what you are doing to it. Dress in layers, remove and put back on as needed. You have full time freezing to look forward to after you lose all your insulation.

Good luck

It's not unusual. Some people have more of an issue with it than others, but once your weight stabilizes your 'thermostadt' should too. As Audra suggested, dressing in layers worked really well for me as I struggled with that issue myself.

Wishing you all the best,

Barbara

I think the temperature  changes because the hormones are out of balance but it will settle down soon...how are you doing post op wise?

Layers doesn't help me much. My worst sensitivity is in my fingers and toes. I got some extra-thick socks, and now I have to find some indoor-friendly gloves.

Just had to vent. Thanks.
