So, I have terrible cramps today, happy monday to me! Anyways, I am unsure what I can take for them because the liquid tylenol is NOT cutting it today. Thanks for any input I get...

I use reg midol complete. It doesn't contain NSAIDS like Midol Extended Relief. I took midol 4 days after surgery and I had no issues.

Ditto the Midol Complete.  Since I have had my period 4x since 11/29, I am going through quite a bit, but it is working.  I used to only be able to take Aleve or 4 Advil.

I take tramadol (by prescription) which isn't as good as the old ibuprofen but gets me through it. I just don't like how it gives me a jittery feeling like I've had too much caffeine.

OK, I USUALLY TAKE A MIDOL AND LAY DOWN WITH A HEATING PAD ON MY TUMMY. IT HELPS A TON! TRY THE HEATING PAD, IT MAY WORK FOR YOU TOO.
