Small victory

 After feeling the normal newbie I am not doing good enough last week I decided to stay off the scales for a few days!! And wow am I bloody happy today,I am 299 that is a big deal for me I have not been under 300 for over ten yrs,my highest weight was 387 and more as I stopped weighing for many months,I am eight wk post op and day of surgery I was 356,am really posative about hitting my goals now. 

Congrats I am trying to get out of the 300lbs also! I am 4weeks post op and The scale keeps going from 301-302 it won't move! I have only lost 16lbs since my surgery, and I want to be in the 200's! I have lost alot of inches, so for now I will take that and I will stay off of the scale for now!

 Donna your doing great!! If your loosing inches ur still loosing!!
