help with pic

I would like to add my picture. I always say that pic is to big need some help making picture smaller.

I usually add my pictures to my photobucket account and crop them somewhat.  Then I save it to my computer and go here http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/  Upload and you'll get 3 different views.  Right click and save it baak to your computer then upload into OH. 

You may be able to use photobucket or shrinkpicture alone but I find the picture clearer if I do the two steps.
